Vocational Education
Vocational education in the United States has a history of more than 150 years. It has a comprehensive system of community colleges, technical schools, and vocational education centers. It promotes apprenticeship and attaches importance to school-enterprise cooperation. The U.S. federal government has been vigorously supporting vocational education. In 2018, President Trump signed the "Strengthening the 21st Century Vocational and Technical Education Act", and $ 1.2 billion in federal funding will be invested in vocational and technical education in each state.
